The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They were very accommodating and even provided gluten-free food options for our daughter. they offered us a second bedroom for our daughter, which was a great bonus. The hotel also had bicycles available for rent, which allowed us to explore the area conveniently.
That the room we stayed in, located in the attic, was quite warm and the provided fan didn't do much to cool it down. Another issue was that there weren't many vegetarian choices on the breakfast buffet, which was a bit disappointing.

Located just outside of the city centre, Hotell Hovgard & Longstay Halmstad is surrounded by a charming open plan garden area. the rooms are beautifully appointed with ensuite shower rooms, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. the friendly and welcoming hosts offer excellent service and even provide free bicycles to explore the nearby beach or go on leisurely rides. the communal dining area serves a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
The only downside is the nearby restaurant, which may not meet everyone's culinary expectations.

The breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel was also located in a really convenient spot, close to both the city center and the beach.
We ended up having to request an extra mattress just to make it bearable.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel just outside of the city center. The value for money was exceptional, with spacious rooms that were kept clean and tidy. The attention to detail was evident, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in the open plan garden area. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing great advice on where to go and what to do in the local area. The breakfast was superb, featuring perfectly cooked fresh eggs that were a highlight of the morning.
All was excellent, no improvements needed.

We loved the perfect location, just outside of the city center, in a peaceful and beautiful open plan garden area. The hotel provided free bikes, great to easily explore the nearby beaches and nature. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
